Formyx Return & Refund Policy

At Formyx, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us at contact@formyx.store.

Order cancellations and modifications are permitted within 6 hours of purchase. As we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, this 6-hour window is not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of wear cannot be accepted for return. Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. Final Sale items are clearly identified as such on the product page prior to checkout.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@formyx.store within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for your return.

Refunds or store credits are processed within 14 business days from the date your return is confirmed. If you haven't received your credit after this period, please contact your financial institution.

We do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal wear or misuse. We also cannot refund orders affected by issues within the customer's control, such as an incorrect shipping address.

Damaged Items

We take care to package every order securely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@formyx.store with a clear photo of the damage so we can assess a free replacement. We do not replace or refund items damaged through normal use or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim for prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, including those caused by couriers, customs, or other shipping issues. For delivery problems, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraud, we verify all billing and shipping addresses and monitor transactions for unusual activity. We may request additional information to confirm the legitimacy of a transaction. If we suspect fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer.
