Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive it.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  2. Contact your local courier/post office with your tracking number

Multiple Items / Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and could arrive at different times, even if shipped together.
